Plants are final sale. We do not accept returns on our plants, unless it is damaged upon arrival or in certain circumstances. In such case, a refund or replacement (if stock is still available) will be issued. Please send us photos and a description of the damage to and we'll get it sorted out.

For merchandise returned within 14 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment at the original selling price. Items must be unused and in its original condition. Please email us at with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label. Merchandise will not be eligible for returns or exchanges after the 14 days. Items can also be returned at the store at any time within the 14-day period.

Price adjustments are not eligible for items purchased prior to the release of a sale or coupon.

Buy Online, Pick-Up In Store

Customers who are local can opt to pick up their online purchase at our storefront location in New Haven, CT, free of charge. Orders must be picked up no later than 14 days upon placing the order. Failure of pick up & communication after 15 days will result in a canceled order without a refund.
