Plants

Plants are final sale. We do not accept returns on our plants, unless it is damaged upon arrival or in certain circumstances. In such case, a refund or replacement (if stock is still available) will be issued. Please send us photos and a description of the damage to hello@barkandvineshop.com and we'll get it sorted out.

*NOTE: Bark & Vine is not responsible for damages caused by USPS delay or mishandling.

Accessories

For merchandise returned within 14 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment at the original selling price. Items must be unused and in its original condition. Please email us at hello@barkandvineshop.com with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label. Merchandise will not be eligible for returns or exchanges after the 14 days. Items can also be returned at the store at any time within the 14-day period.

Price adjustments are not eligible for items purchased prior to the release of a sale or coupon.
