Plants are final sale. We do not accept returns on our plants, unless it is damaged upon arrival or in certain circumstances. In such case, a refund or replacement (if stock is still available) will be issued. Please send us photos and a description of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get it sorted out.

For merchandise returned within 14 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment at the original selling price. Items must be unused and in its original condition. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label. Merchandise will not be eligible for returns or exchanges after the 14 days. Items can also be returned at the store at any time within the 14-day period.
Discounts & Sale
If there is an active coupon code or sale at the time of purchase, customers may get a price adjustment within 12 hours of completing an order in the form of a store credit. You may reach out to us via e-mail and we will send you an e-gift card for the amount of the adjustment. Customers who make a purchase before a sale or coupon code is released will not be eligible for a price adjustment.
