Plants are final sale. We do not accept returns on our plants, unless it is damaged upon arrival*. In such case, a refund or replacement (if stock is still available) will be sent out. Please send us photos and a description of the damage to email@example.com and we'll get it sorted out. Keep in mind that extreme weather may interfere with your plants' safety. Tropical plants should not be exposed to extreme temperatures below 50F and over 80F.

For merchandise returned within 14 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment at the original selling price. Items must be unused and in its original condition. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label. Merchandise will not be eligible for returns or exchanges after the 14 days. Items can also be returned at the store at any time within the 14-day period.
Discounts & Sale
If there is an active coupon code or sale at the time of purchase, customers may get a price adjustment within 12 hours of completing an order in the form of a store credit. You may reach out to us via e-mail and we will send you an e-gift card for the amount of the adjustment. Customers who make a purchase before a sale or coupon code is released will not be eligible for a price adjustment.
