This miniature version of the Monstera deliciosa is a completely different plant that belongs to a different genus. The leaves are a lot smaller, but the splits and fenestrations are as bold as it's bigger cousin, hence why it is often referred to as "Mini Monstera." Allow this plant to vine down a hanging basket or train it to climb a moss pole. Either way, the fast growing plant will thrive in bright, indirect light and will develop bolder splits as it matures.
